PRICES
All our prices are shown in Pound Sterling and exclude postage & packaging fees. We reserve the right to change our product prices without prior notice, this does not apply to orders already placed and paid in full.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All orders will be processed and despatched upon receipt of payment. We accept online payments by credit or debit cards via PayPal. All card payments are made securely through the payment processing company’s website.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Whilst every effort is made to accurately describe our products, there may be slight variation in packaging design, product colour or specification.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
Go With Nature’s products are very often made to order so please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and despatched. If your order is already in stock we will process and despatch within 2 working days.
Our postage rates are charged at a flat rate of £3.20 for delivery to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White and the Channel Islands. Deliveries to Europe please contact us. We do not currently ship outside of the UK and Europe.
RETURNS, DAMAGED GOODS & CANCELLATIONS
If you are not satisfied and wish to return a product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will refund only UNUSED products, in re-saleable condition, within 28 days and due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund products which have been opened & used.
We must be notified of damaged products within 3 days of receipt, we accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit, however at our discretion we may send you a replacement.
You may cancel your order for free at any time before despatch.
SUITABILITY OF PURPOSE
We do not accept responsibility for misuse of our products, it is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion. We do not accept responsibility for defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or use by the customer.
PRODUCT STORAGE
The customer should ensure that the products are kept in cool and dry conditions ie. exposure to sunlight, frost, humidity or heat etc. will cause the products to deteriorate. All products are checked carefully before despatch to the customer, sometimes some oil separation occurs in creams and lotions, this does not affect the qualities of your cream, stir with a suitable utensil until the oil has blended into the cream.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We do not accept responsibility for misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion and to check with a professional if in doubt. Due to the nature and properties of essential oils it is always advisable to do a patch test on a small area of skin first, especially if you have sensitive skin or are new to our products. Place a small amount on the inner crease of the elbow to ensure you are not sensitive to any of the oils contained in the product.
Never apply undiluted essential oils directly on the skin unless otherwise specified, always dilute in carrier oil.
Essential oils should not be used in the first 4 months of pregnancy after this time we would advise you to consult a qualified aromatherapist as to the safety of the oils you wish to use.
Never take essential oils internally.
